if your number is associated with a cell phone, yes 100% possible.
If it is associated with a landline, ask Videotron to transfer it to mobile first. Once done you can transfer it to Fizz.

In order to transfer your line to Fizz, you will first need a Fizz SIM card if you don't have one already.
You can order one online from your Fizz account or buy one from a Couche-tard in Montreal.

Once you have the SIM you can start the activation process and select Transfer my number.

Please keep in mind that your line needs to be active with your current provider and that only mobile numbers coming from the province of Quebec or the Ottawa region can be transferred.
