Phone delivery

I have ordered a phone and expected someone will contact me in advance to schedule for the deliver as it required signature. But now I received an email mentioned that "The second attempt to deliver your phone unfortunately failed as well."

Nobody ever called or knocked the door for the delivery😠

    Indeed, the situation you describe is unusual and you should contact customer service to find out about a possible way to correct this unfortunate situation.

    That is very unusual, as you are always supposed to get a confirmation that a first delivery attempt was made, both by email and by a notice at your door. This notice tells you to schedule a second delivery attempt and how to proceed.

    Please contact customer service, as this looks nothing like what is supposed to happen.

    Hi,

    if the first delivery attempt fails, you will be notified by email, and will need to plan a new delivery attempt. To do so, follow the instructions on your Order History. 

    If the second delivery attempt fails as well, you will need to pick up your phone as per the instructions (before the set deadline) outlined in your Order History. If you don’t, your phone will be returned to Fizz. 

     

    To see your Order History: 

    1. Log into your account and go to My profile.
    2. Click on Order history.
    3. Click on See details of your order. 
    4. Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery

    Have you scheduled the second delivery or did you wait long after the first? Of course, if you did not scheduled a second delivery in the week after the first one, it will be impossible to have a second delivery. Therefore, you have two choices: wait for the courier to return the item to Fizz or go to the courier's warehouse to get your phone.

    No any notice about the first attempt, no email or call. But suddenly received an email said the 2nd attempt is failed as well.

    Thanks for the info.

    It is an unhappy experience that I didn't got noticed about the 1st attempt. But suddenly told me the 2nd attempt is failed as well. No anyone called me or knocked my door for both attempts.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I can see that you have a new delivery set for today.
    Please try to contact the courier to make sure they call or send a text message before they arrive.
    Also, please make sure that they have access to your location and that your doorbell or intercom are working. 
    Please let us know if you receive the phone today by contacting our support team.
