New phone order freez

hello i am trying to order a new phone with settelment and it keep freezing before sending me to the PayBright website. can someone help me place my order because my phone is broken and i need a new phone; thanks

    Hello momo76,

     I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    The phone order can only be placed from the client's side. 
    If you are trying to purchase the phone and the page keeps loading I would recommend trying this from an incognito browser or from a different device.
    Most likely on your current browser you have some cookies o cache memory that prevents the page from loading properly.
    I would recommend using Google Chrome on incognito mode if possible.
