I am sorry to hear about this situation.
The phone order can only be placed from the client's side.
If you are trying to purchase the phone and the page keeps loading I would recommend trying this from an incognito browser or from a different device.
Most likely on your current browser you have some cookies o cache memory that prevents the page from loading properly.
I would recommend using Google Chrome on incognito mode if possible.
