    Hello  laaa,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    If you are trying to purchase a data add-on and the page keeps loading I would recommend trying this from an incognito browser or from a different device.
    Most likely on your current browser you have some cookies o cache memory that prevents the page from loading properly.  
    I would recommend using Google Chrome on incognito mode if possible.

    Definitely try incognito mode. The Fizz website has several issues with the login and rendering of the pages.
