I've changed my plan and even tho how it's my new cycle i don't have coverage in the USA

I have verified your account and I see that you managed to contact our support team.
If you are travelling to the USA and you don't have USA coverage in your plan, you can buy a travel add-on.

Also, when you are there, make sure you have your roaming option on your phone enabled and you manually change from T-mobile to AT&T. It depends on which one of these 2 networks has a better signal for you there.

Did you check if the plan was really changed on your profile?
Did you try to turn off the phone for couple of minutes?
Do you have the Network operators in automatic?
- Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
- iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz
For the data you need to enable the data roaming
