Otherwise, there's a way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
You can also do it on Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca.
You can chat in direct
· Sign into your account
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
· If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Yeah, it seems your phone is not connecting correctly. There is a setting on the phone you can switch off so that it won’t automatically change to cellular data when the connection is bad.
on the iPhone it is Settings —> Cellular —> Cellular data —> allow cellular data switching (make sure it’s switched off)

This whole thread was weird. How can a provider be more data hungry than another? Nonsense.

Here are a few options:
1- Make sure you are on the WiFi
2- Disable data connection on your phone, so if you don't have WiFi, it won't even load.
3- There is usually a setting called "Data Saver" in most phones. Enable it.
4- You can check which application consumes the most data, go to the Data settings and it will show the list of applications. This will give you a hint to disable the application that's consuming more data.
