    Hello @Aladdin,

    Thank you for your question,

You can cancel the phone order only in the first 30 minutes after you placed the order. After that, you will have to receive the phone and then send it back in the 15-day return policy.

More details can be found on this FAQ:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-15-day-return-policy-phone-bought-fizz

I have verified your account and I see that you managed to place the return phone order.

Thank you for your kind understanding!

    Have a lovely day!

    -Eugen

    Hi,

If you used a PayBright financing, you'll need to sign in to your account PayBright to cancel the completed transaction.

What happens if I cancel my order within the allowed delay?

Your order will be cancelled, as will your financing agreement with PayBright. No payment will be taken.

How do I access my Paybright account?

Once you’ve completed a transaction with PayBright, you can access your account here. If you have any questions or trouble logging in, please contact PayBright.
