wifi internet keep disconnecting and reconnecting for no reason

I tried to do a normal restart,then doing a factory reset,then changing wifi channel for a better one and even tried using 2.4g wifi instead but it still disconnect and reconnect often and i'm out of idea.

Also the wifi internet is not constant at all.

I need help to fix my problem!
