Cant apply the data upgrades.

Hi, when i click on the upgrades it tells me "Create, and activate your perfect mobile plan to use this upgrade"

So i cant apply any of the data upgrades... anyone experienced this?

    I am assuming you HAVE an active SIM and plan ? Do you have more than one plan ? I know there are some obscure limitations/bugs if you have plans that are managed for minors, but under your account.

    I would strongly recommend just to contact Fizz customer service and have them look into it, and tell you exactly why the system is NOT letting you apply them.

    To contact Fizz customer support:

    • Sign into your account
    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
    • Choose the option 💬 chat
    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Other means of contact

    CHAT however is the quickest method.

    Hello Yoon,

    I can see that your plan belongs to an end-user.
    In order to apply the upgrades, you must first remove the end-user.

    Once the upgrades are applied you can re-add him.
