Wi-fi Not Working

All of my devices show that I am connected to wifi but it does not work. I see the little bars on my screen but the internet is not actually working. I’ve reset the modem twice and even reset the modem back to its factory settings but nothings working. I’m not sure what else I can do or maybe the internet is just out in Montreal in certain areas.

I just verified your connection and at the moment your service is affected by a maintenance work that started around 6:00 PM today.
