Fizz SMS - Error 38
Hello, I am getting an error when sending SMS messages.
''sending'' status for 2 minutes, then fails with an error saying ''not sent, tap to try again''
I have tried rebooting, it's been like this for an hour already. I had this happen before as well, but it was before I went to bed, when I had woken up the next day the problem had resolved itself.
Would be nice to know if there is a source to the issue.

Many users are reporting the same problem today. I had some troubles in the morning too. It works for me again though.
It might be a Fizz problem. It can't hurt to reach out to Fizz support though. I am sure they can provide you with the next steps. We are just a forum of users here :)

I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
