Can I find my password somewhere?

I Lost the connexion so I reset the modem but the password I enter dont works ....

    If you don't remember your password, the only thing you can do is a factory reset of the modem and set up the network again. As soon as you do the reset, the modem reverts to the original standard password and you can set it up again via the Fizz app.

    Hello Joanayyy,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    If by reset you mean factory reset, the default password should work. 
    You can find it on the white sticker from the back of the modem (default WIFI key). 
    If that doesn't work the factory reset was not made correctly.
