Hi, I can't receive nor send any text on "Messages" . What could I do ? I have 4 bars and can make or receive calls...

Still have the problem, Chat with Fizz support:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account

4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

does this mean that this issue, that is well spread among fizz user, is not known by your technical team, for more than 12h ?

Even though i've made all steps that the guy told me on tchat,still not working, not able to send and receive SMS,it's not our phone having the problem, it's FIZZ network for sure
