I can't send texts!?

I can't send texts with the « messages » app, yet my phone tells me that I am connected to your network (I have 4 bars).
It's the first time it happens to me. Help me, please; I have to work with this thing.

It appear to be an issue with Fizz. I have some problems too. Some messages send others don't. I recommend waiting for a couple of hours. If it isn't resolved by late afternoon, we should reach out to Fizz support via live Chat
