Why is it when I purchase add-ons it doesn’t work. As soon as I leave my house I’m not able to text or search the web.Is there no way of contacting a real person with fizz????

I have to say that on Twitter Fizz is very active and helping out the costumers all the time , I know this from my own experience
I have seen some delays last time I purchased add-ons too, hopefully it is working well for you now!
