Voicemail. I can't access my voicemail

I recently switched to Fizz. People are leaving me messages but I'm not receiving them. I cant even access my voicemail.

    I verified you account and your plan is good standings from what I can see.

    Please, verify if you are using the native application of your phone for the messages.
    Try to switch Airplane mode on for 30 seconds and then off. And restart your phone. 
    Also, as you just switched to Fizz, please verify if the SMSC is configured ok.

    As for the Voicemail issue, you can try to call it directly, using this number: 1-514-647-0999
