I verified you account and your plan is good standings from what I can see.
Please, verify if you are using the native application of your phone for the messages.
Try to switch Airplane mode on for 30 seconds and then off. And restart your phone.
Also, as you just switched to Fizz, please verify if the SMSC is configured ok.

As for the Voicemail issue, you can try to call it directly, using this number: 1-514-647-0999

Hello, check the below link for suggestions..it includes instructions to check from your own phone and from another phone. If neither works for you, contact Fizz Customer Service or if the messages are unimportant try resetting your voicemail from you online account.
