Phone refund problem more than 1 month!
This is more than a month that I am waiting for refund.
I ordered the phone iPhone 13 Pro Max. On October 5th, the phone was delivered and I refused the package, the courier took it back.
I spoke to customer service many time and the answer the same: Apologies and we will get back to you by email! My 2 ticket remains open. But nobody does anything.
How long is this going to take?
