constant disconnects
need modem swap asap. Since few months orange light on my own router comes on disco me once or few times a day. modem was hard reset with pin. modem lights appear to be fine otherwise. i did change out ethernet cord . will switch to bell if this cant be resolved . no issues with same router with them . awaiting reply

I had similar issue and support kept on asking to do this and that. Finally it turned out that my modem was bad and it needed replaced after technician visit to my place.
