New SIM card/old phone/same monthly plan. How?

It says 3 steps: My settings/My plans/Change SIM card.
Once I click on changing my SIM card, nothing shows up except for a useless help chat bubble..
please help. Thank you!

Try to Change your web browser or clear cache.
maybe some maintenance is being performed.
If nothing works please contact customer support.
