Can I receive text messages outside of canada?

If I'm travelling to the middle east and take my fizz sim card there can i receive my 2 step verification code text message on the number?

What can I do to set this up? can i forward my text messages?

I do not need calling - just receiving texts.

Hi

You would need to add a travel add-on or pay per use depending on the country you visit.

You can check in your account, My plans/Manage plan/Travel/select the destination country to check

if there is an add-on or if you can pay as you go, you will see the rate there. Text/data is possible but not calls

Text could be 0.30$/message for example depending on the country

You will need to add funds to your wallet to use the pay as you go option

Incoming texts are always free, whether you’re within your coverage area or not, and whether you opted for unlimited texts or not.
