Do you still have access to your old iPhone? If so, can you try the Fizz SIM card with your old phone?
If everything is working, you can try the Fizz SIM card with you new iPhone.
If the problem persists, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
Please make sure that your iOS is updated and that your mobile data is on.
If only Facetime and the iMessages are affected I recommend contacting Apple for further investigations.
