Cant add a payment method and now im blocked out
Im trying to complete the process of creating my plan, I was adding in my card details with a prepaid Vanilla card however after getting denied several times I received a notification saying I had reached the maximum number of attempts and it wont let me add the payment method. I need help urgently!!!

Please contact Fizz par chat. Go in a FAQ scroll down to the end and click on the green ?, then you will be able to chat with somebody from Fizz.

If a message informing you that you have reached the maximum number of attempts pops up, contact our Customer Service team: log into your Fizz account and simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner during our business hours.

I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
Please keep in mind that your prepaid card needs to accept recurrent payments.
I recommend verifying this with your bank service and after that contact our support team if everything is ok.
