Why did I just changed from 30mbs to 60mbs it didint change speed yet?

I dont understand why i pay for 30mgbs but testspeed indicates less than 20.. i upgraded to 60mgbs deal but it doesnt change the speed?

    Change of plan will be effective in the next billing cycle not immediately

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    As ClientFizzCommeVous mentioned the new speed will be applied once the new billing cycle will start. 
    I just verified your connection and from my side, everything is looking good, you have 35.4 Mbps download and 11.8 Mbps upload.
