I was charged over a year ago for a fizz modem i thought I lost while moving,
Now that I found it, Is it possible to send it back and be reimbursed?

Hello DoctorDju,I can see that you already contacted our support team regarding this situation. Please reach us back once the modem appears to be delivered on the Canada Post website and provide us the tracking number.Once the modem is received a refund should be made automatically.
