Wrong Authorization number!!

Hello,

I was going to return my phone so Fizz provided me by a politic number and authorization number, I went to the post office to mail it, but the post agent told me the Authorization number is wrong!

Politic number: PR731090

Authorization number: 0062209104

Please send me a valid authorization number before October 28, 2021 so that I can return my phone.

    Worst case, leave them a message on facebook, and they can DM you back. Do't leave personal info in the message, until after they send you a Direct Message.

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

    Other means of contact

    CHAT however is the quickest method, but facebook is the easiest.
