I can't change my pin
I can't get to the settings where I can change my pin and I can't contact Fizz. The chat button won't appear. What do I do next?

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I just verified your account and the option to reset the voicemail PIN is available to use.
Please make sure that you access My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.

I changed my pin. It worked once. Now it says that my pin is incorrect again. So, I can use my pin once before it says it's incorrect?
When I try to connect to you on FB I get the message that you're very busy and I should try to connect to you on your website and try the community hub for faster service. So that doesn't work. Basically, I can't access my voicemail.
