My payment won't pass.

I called my bank and Visa, and my account works. I have plenty of space on my card too. I might have done too much attempts. What should I do? I't's my home internet bill. Thanks.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I can see the plan was suspended and the manual payment option is available.
    You can do this from your Fizz account My plans > manage plan > payment methods > make my monthly payment.
