How do I contact fizz?

I have contacted Fizz for problems. They fixed my mobile phone, cool. Same problem, but now cant fix. Can not contact Fizz in any way or form since 3 weeks.

For the love of god help.

WIll most likely contact consumer protection over this if it persists.

this is the way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
