voicemail PIN not working
I am currently in the US, and I am trying to access my voicemail - I keep getting alerts that I have new voicemail, but when I checked, it says I have no new voicemail, but people have said they are leaving me voicemail.
Today I tried to check again, and my pin was 'wrong'. Tried to change it and it is still not recognized.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

You can change your PIN online directly from your Fizz account.
Under: My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced parameters > PIN to access my voicemail
