    I am sorry for the situation encountered.
    I have checked your account, and I see that indeed the data has not been restored after the monthly payment. For this reason, I have created a ticket for our technical team so they can check further and find a solution.
    As soon as we will have an answer from them you will be notified by e-mail address.
    You can follow the progress of the ticket as well on your account by going to My Settings >>My Tickets.
