Where do I see my scheduled date and time?

Have not received my confirmation email. How do I know is technician is still coming?

    Thank you for reaching us.
    I just verified your account and there is no order registered.
    Please place a new order from Overview > get started > Internet. 
    Here you can find more information: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
    Once the order is placed you will be able to verify it from your Fizz account, My plans > manage plan > appointments.
