Have not received my confirmation email. How do I know is technician is still coming?

You can log into your Fizz account any time to see your past and future technician appointments. Service calls (for repairs), however, do not appear in your account.
To view your Fizz technician appointments:

Here you can find more information: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internetOnce the order is placed you will be able to verify it from your Fizz account, My plans > manage plan > appointments.
