I verified your account and I see that you managed to reach us in private and we changed the sim card for you.
When you lose your phone/sim card, all you have to do is order a new sim card, then contact us in private via chat to change it.

Hi Gabri, did you check the instructions that came with the SIM card ? Just follow the website fizz.ca/activation. Instructions are very easy to follow, unless you have a number that comes from business/corporate, then I advise you check with with company first on how to transfer your number as specific things are required for them to do first to unlock security. Good luck
