If the delivery of your SIM card is flagged as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if there’s an issue with the delivery of your phone:
If the courier service cannot make a new delivery attempt, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours.

If you are in a rush, you can probably pick up a SIM card from a local Couch-Tard location, and then contact customer service for a refund.
Fizz Customer service agents are only available online. Here we are all end users like you.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..
