I successfully added coupon code but still fizz has charged me full price.
What can I do to avail refund ?

For referral codes, currently the referral bonus is $25 for both you and the person who refered you, but you will ONLY see it applied to your 3rd invoice. So you have to make 2 payments, and only then will the $25 bonus be applied to your account.
If you go to your account settings, you will have an option to see what referrals are applied to your account.

Referal codes can only be used once for your first service.
Fizz Customer service agents are only available online. Here we are all end users like you.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..
