    Hello Mashilam, 

    So sorry for the inconvenience. 

    Just checked your account and I see that the SIM card is marked as delivered. I would suggest checking the front door or around your house.  If not, I do recommend checking with the delivery company. You can check the status from your account My Settings - Order history for the tracking number.
