Looks like you should contact Fizz customer service. You can contact customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
Make sure you don't have any ad blocker active. You can try to clear your browser cache and try again in private mode. Or you can try with another browser or device.
