Wi-Fi connection

I am a new Fizz member since September 10th. Unfortunately, since then, my Internet has gotten in the habit of cutting out very frequently, which was never an issue before. This is problematic as I work from home and it often cuts out at the most inopportune moments! Is this normal with Fizz? If so, may consider going with another option. Any insight is appreciated!

    Hello Ash,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I have verified your connection and I can see that some of the signals are not within normal values and also disconnections were detected.
    I would recommend testing the modem using a different electrical outlet and also making sure the coaxial cable is well connected and not damaged.

    Have you tried to contact Customer service ? They could check to see if the signal is fine and if your modem is showing any logs of regular disconnects.

    Are you just using WiFi, or are you physcially connected by Ethernet ?

    When your connection drops, if you check your modem, does it still have the 2 blue lights on (2nd and 3rd lights from top)? Or have they gone back to flashing green ?
