Received a defective phone from fizz

Hi, I think I received a defective phone, the side of the phone has been glued and looks like it’s been opened inside. Will you they accept my request of return?

    Sorry to hear that. You need contact a customer service agent. Here we are all end users like you, so there is not much WE can do with these things.

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
    • Choose the option 💬 chat
    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.


    Keep in mind, you do have a 15 day return window.
