Couldn’t log in
Hello,
My mom has to cancel her mobile plan because she will move to a new country. But she is not able to log into her account. She tried to reset the password, but even her gmail couldn’t receive the link (email) to reset her password. There is no way that she can have access to her account to cancel the plan. I didn’t see any number or way to contact Fizz. Could anyone offer some suggestions? Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, Fizz is all online.
BTW: Did you check your Mom's Junk/SPAM folder on Gmail ? These types of emails often get stuck there.
You can contact a customer service agent. Here we are all end users like you, so there is not much we can do on the accounting side of things.
- Sign into your account (If you can't access yours, try creating a new one, just for discussing with Customer support).
- Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
- Choose the option 💬 chat
- If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
