Sim Card wont finish activating
Hello,
I go through the activation plan (type in my activation code, build my plan, select a new number, and input my credit card information), and when I get to the "save" button (after inputting credit card information), nothing happens. I am not taken to another screen, no new information pops up, literally nothing happens. I can't proceed to the next step I have been trying for days to make it work, please help!

In red it says "please note only visa and mastercards are accepted" but it is a visa card and I have tried two different cards, neither allowed me to proceed past the "save" button

Have you tried using a different browser? Is there another device you can use?
You can also try clearing your browser cache, logoff and retry in private mode.

Make sure the billing address of your credit card matches what you enter.

In this case, I urge you to contact Fizz customer support.
You can also try a prepaid card like KoHo. Several people seems to be using it without issue.
