Why my service doesn't work after I pay my bills
If your service was suspended and you just paid your bill, service will be restored within 2 to 3 hours. Also try restarting your device.

I have this problem sometimes, usually restarting my phone works. Sometimes it is more annoying and I have to change the tower I am connected to, usually connecting to Fizz EXT LTE fixes it.
