Did you use a Canadian issued credit card? Not all foreign CC are accepted. Also make sure everything matches exactly as on your statement (address, name etc). Sometimes the payment system of Fizz causes some problems. You will have to reach out to support ( My settings —> Contact Forms —> Green Chat Bubble). They can forward it to the financial department. If you are using a prepaid credit card (like MyVanilla or other), I strongly recommend registering the card, and entering your address and contact info. I know it is optional with prepaid cards, but many vendors will NOT accept payment if the address on your file does NOT match EXACTLY the address return by the Credit card.

Please make sure that you using one of the following:
- Visa or Mastercard credit card
- prepaid Visa or Mastercard credit cards such as Vanilla prepaid cards
- Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card
If you are please make sure the billing address is correct.
