Payment method declined
Hello,
The website keeps refusing my payment method which is a Canadian visa debit card. So, it should work. I am trying desperately to contact someone, but the chat does not seem to work. Never encountered such bad service in my life. Some help needed here.

If the english version of the site do not let you chat, try the french version by the little planet on top of screen, don't know why but it'll work!
