why cant i make a payment i need my service restored?

Why cant i make a payment i have uploaded two different cards and my service is suspended i tried to click on the icon that says make a payment but I dont have the option to click on it???

    I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    They'll surely be able to resolve the issue.

    Okay, you definitely need to reach out to customer support (@Whizz). Only they can have look at what is going on. We are just a forum of users, just like you!
