    Hi Claude,

    where you're entering your password into the app, just click there as if you were trying to change something to the password, and press send without changing anything.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    If you are using a personalized modem I would recommend restarting the modem and testing again after. 
    If the issue persists please try perming a factory reset. This cancels all the changes and will let you use the basic WIIF name and password.
