Internet Connection keeps disconnecting

In the past week, my internet connection had disconnected multiple times per day. Every time it happens, the modem would restart itself. What I can do to fix this problem? Thanks.

    this is the way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    They'll surely be able to resolve the issue.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I just verified your connection and indeed a large number of disconnections were registered from our side also.
     It seems that some of the signals are not within normal values.
    Please make sure that all the cables are well connected and not damaged.
    If possible, I recommend testing the modem using a different electrical outlet. Please try to avoid plugging it into extenders or surge protectors. 
    If by any chance the issue still persists please contact our support team as Dapfizzer mentioned.

    Hi Whizz,

    Can you tell me when exactly my network started to have this issue? I just want to confirm that it is not related to the fact that I have increased the speed for my internet not long ago. Thanks.
