Why is my payment method being declined ?
I’ve tried to pay for a mobile plan with four different cards but each and every card gets declined. I’m not sure if it has to do with the billing adress. My billing address is in Mexico and it asks for a street number but it does not have one.

this is the way to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to resolve the issue.
