New provider says my account ID is wrong

In transferring to a new provider (from Fizz) I need to gove them my account ID. The one in my "settings" in the Fizz app is apparently wrong. Where can I find the right numbers, the ones the new provider needs?

    Hi,

    go to your Fizz account, to My plans, and Manage...

    The application only serve to configure the modem.

    Sounds like you may want to contact fizz about this, that there may be some kind of bug.
