I tried to apply a perk for home internet, but it didn't actually get applied expired instead

I recently got home internet with Fizz, and saw that I had a perk for a $25 rebate. I thought I had applied the perk and would see it take effect on my next billing cycle, but instead the perk just expired, and it seems that I won't actually get to use it. Does anyone have any experience with anything like this, or a potential solution?

    I just verified and it seems the perk is indeed expired.
    I have escalated a ticket to have this verified.
