How to activate own sim card with Fizz

I have an old sim card which is not associated with any provider or number, how can I activate it? Fizz is asking for activation code, not number on the sim card

Tosubscribe to a Fizz mobile plan, youwould need a Fizz SIM card unto which you can activate a number.
Youcan order one via your Fizz account from Overview-> Get started->Mobile-> Order a new SIM card->Select the quantity->+Addanother service address->I can't find my address-> Enter thepostal code->Click on Find it and then enter all the other detailssuch as the street name, civic number, unit type and its number, asalso shown here:
